I’ve been enjoying the brief moments of sunshine we’ve had over the last few weeks. When the sun’s rays peek out of the clouds, I can’t help but head outside and enjoy them! Remember to slow down long enough to view the beauty around you today.

The other morning, Delta and I were out on her daily walkabout when a beautiful yellow leaf shining in the sun caught my eye. Suspended by a spider’s single thread, the leaf hung perfectly still and I was so captivated by its glorious color I wanted to take a picture. You should’ve seen me trying to contain all 34 pounds of puppy pulling on the leash and trying to take a steady shot with my phone in the other hand.
When I downloaded the image, I received a surprise. Oh sure, the leaf might be overexposed but I do believe I see a fairy sitting atop that bright yellow leaf. What do you think? Do you see a fairy?
