Hey!
Right before the 31 day blog challenge ( you can find the posts here ), I went on a trip to Banff, Canada. You might recall from the posts I did here and here that I had a milestone birthday this year. My big present was the trip and we went the end of September. We checked the average temperatures, the rain possibilities, our calendar and chose to go in September. The temps were to be in the upper 60’s — well, it was COLD and snowing and 40’s/ 50’s —- brrrrrrrr but, I still loved it.
Here’s a little of my trip:
Our home away from home
The town of Banff: How would you like to look at that every day?!
No photoshop — really that color and more vivid, pinky promise : )
Glaciers. Picture is whited out on top because it was snowing.
Honey Do contemplating his existence.
Lake Louise with the glacier in the background
Moraine Lake: Yes, that blue. The color has to do with the amount of rock flour in the water.
Last day in the mountains
Blessings,
Mimi

My brother, who works for LifeWay and travels frequently, has been to Bamff for conferences. He agrees that of his travels, it’s one of the most glorious!!
I would agree. Very cool job — you’ll have to travel with him sometime and check it out for yourself. : )
